Contact FileRight, Your Premier Immigration Paperwork Service

No. FileRight is a private company, not affiliated with the U.S. government. Our technology helps people complete and file official U.S. immigration forms accepted by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

No. FileRight is not a law firm. We cannot provide legal advice, and we are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Our online technology provides explanations to common immigration form questions and ensures all forms meet the formatting requirements of the USCIS. We also make sure no question gets skipped and provide detailed filing instructions. Using FileRight ensures form completeness that can help prevent applications from being rejected. And the FileRight Guarantee promises that if your form is denied, we’ll give you your money back – including government fees. You won’t find this anywhere else! Conditions apply.

Step 1: You answer questions based on official U.S. immigration forms. You answer these questions one at a time (opposed to the confusing format provided on traditional government forms) with explanations of terms and concepts provided alongside questions.
Step 2: FileRight’s software checks your form to make sure no question gets missed, ensuring form completeness. Then, FileRight provides you a completed official USCIS form with all the proper formatting. You just print and sign.
Step 3: You receive detailed filing instructions that tell you exactly how to prepare your immigration application package (completed form and supporting documents) and send it to the USCIS. You file and get approved, or we’ll give you your money back – including government fees! Conditions apply.

Doing the paperwork yourself means dealing with confusing forms and questions that are difficult to understand — all the while worrying about making mistakes!
You can avoid all this hassle by using FileRight. Our software walks you through each form question by question, providing helpful explanations of terms and concepts. Our technical support is standing so you can always talk to a real person to answer your questions about FileRight. We provide detailed filing instructions that help you accurately file your forms with the U.S. government. You file and get approved, or we’ll give you your money back – including government fees! Conditions apply.

You can also visit our Immigration Solutions page that lists all the applications FileRight provides, grouped by category — Green Card Renewal, Apply for Green Cards and Citizenship.

For selected products we also offer an Application Package Assembly & Shipping Service. Once you complete your application online, we print, assemble and mail out your application package via USPS to your home. We include sticky notes on where you need to sign and date your application, a copy of your application for your records and a pre-paid envelope for you to mail your completed package to the USCIS for processing.

You can check the status of your application using your case number, which you will receive after you file your form with the USCIS. You can check your case states on the USCIS website. To check your case status over the phone, call the USCIS directly at 1-800-375-5283.

If your form is rejected, you may have the opportunity to correct your mistakes and resubmit it to the USCIS at no additional cost. If your form is denied, the FileRight Guarantee promises we’ll give you your money back – including government fees! Conditions apply.

If the USCIS needs more information, you will receive by mail a “Request for Evidence” (RFE). This document will outline exactly what the USCIS needs and where to send it.

If you need help after you file, our technical support team is happy to provide you access to resources such as where to check your case status.
