This Privacy Policy applies solely to FileRight’s technology platform and non-lawyer services.
This Privacy Policy does NOT apply to legal services provided by MyImmigration.com or any affiliated law firm. Any legal services are governed by:

- Attorney–client confidentiality obligations
- Professional rules of conduct
Once a user engages legal services through MyImmigration or any affiliated law firm, information associated with that legal representation is governed exclusively by the applicable law firm’s privacy policy and legal obligations, and is not pooled with FileRight platform data except where expressly permitted by law and valid consent.
