Creating a Personalized Account at FileRight.com

If you’d like to sign in on our website and view your application package, the first step is to establish an account.

Creating an account puts you in control of your immigration filing. You can preview, save, and access your account when and where you want. Besides ensuring that you’re at least 18 years old, steps to establishing your account include:

  • Selecting the application you’d like to fill out
  • Completing an eligibility quiz to determine if you qualify for the immigration benefit
  • Providing additional registration information and agreeing to our privacy policy and terms of use

Choosing an Application

Begin by determining which of our immigration solutions you are interested in. We offer several application packages to assist you with completing your green card or naturalization forms.

Then, navigate to the page for your chosen form, and click on the Start My Application link. This will take you to the next step: the eligibility quiz.

Take the Eligibility Quiz

Each application starts with a free online quiz you can take to ensure you have chosen the proper form for your circumstances. We created these eligibility questionnaires based on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) guidelines.

Answer a few straightforward questions and receive your automated results immediately.

Complete Your Registration

If you are eligible, you’ll then be required to enter more information to open an online account. First, we’ll ask for personal data such as your name, email, phone number, and birthdate. If you choose, you’ll also have the option to create your account using your Facebook or Google credentials.

Next, to complete your registration, you will need to:

  • Create a password to protect your account
  • Provide the name of the city where you were born and your mother’s maiden name (we will use this information to verify your identity if you ever misplace or forget your password)
  • Agree to our privacy policy and terms of use

Logging Into Your New Account

Once you complete the registration process, signing in is as easy as clicking on the “My Account” button and enter your login information.

Navigate to the Sign-In Screen

The sign-in screen is a form on our website that requests your login information. You can find this screen by clicking on the blue “My Account” button at the top right-hand corner on several of our website pages. You can also navigate to this form by clicking this login link.

Enter Your Login Information

You will then sign in to your account by entering your user ID, which is your email address, and the password you chose during registration. If you lose or forget your password, click on the “forgot your password” link on the sign-in page for instructions on how to reset it.

Note that if you signed up on our website using your Facebook or Google account, you should click on the corresponding button at the bottom of the page to sign in.
